20 hours and project gone bust

i have hardly seen 5-6 movies and both the lights of lamp and fan have started blinking red. the projector does switch on beyond showing the 2 red lights. do not know what to do.

Bulbs Burn Out Too Quickly

Beware. Bulbs are rated 4000 hours. Mine have lasted 1000 hours. I'm on my fourth bulb in 2 years.

My best entertainment investment ever

I am a technology engineer, my job is basically to compare technically the best telecommunications transmission technologies for voice, data and video , comparing competition, so I am a competition analysis expert.
Then when I decide to buy something is because it really convinces me based in tech specs, my Epson 8350 after more than one year of use is still wonder me and offering lots of satisfaction to me and my family , enjoying great movies, shows and sports events at 150" inches of full HD pictures and vivid images.
Definitely it has been my best entertainment investment ever and am I truly sure than anybody than select this product will experienced just good moments as me.

Main Board malfunction; poor product warranty

I owned the 8350 projector for 12 months before it systematically malfunctioned. Living in Bermuda, I had to ship it to a Canadian service centre that quoted me more to repair it than the initial product cost. Apparently the main board needed to be replaced; a ever common problem according to the service representative.
After contacting Epson, they told me the warranty was not valid because I did not reside in the USA or Canada. They did not even give me a trade-in option for my projector which again, was near new.
My concern is that they are hiding a flaw in their product that they refuse to admit to. I personally will never buy an Epson product again and I warn you against it.
It was a great product at the beginning however Epson are refusing to admit to a manufacturing flaw so do not be surprised when your product malfunctions a year into having it.

No keystone feature!

This projector is amazing! everything looks great works great I have over 2100 hours so far on my first bulb. only problem is I mounted it on my ceiling so the bottom of the picture is smaller on top and bigger on the bottom. And has no keystone feature that I can find to correct this problem. If someone can correct me on this ill gladly change this to 5 out of 5 stars

The projector has no output for audio at all. If we connect projector with laptop or Ipad 2, there is no connection for audio. to any speakers or sound bars from projector. It is useless projector.

8350 cinema

great picture in hdmi mode cable tv is also great with hdmi cable. componet good quaility. the one thing that is a pain is there is no audio out on the 8350. so you need to have a reciever that has hdmi pass through. i bought a screen but took it back because i shined it off my white wall and it looked just as good. my rating would be five starr if it wasnt for the lack of an audio out on the 8350.
