8350 Projector

I have one problem with this projector. The picture quality is so nice and makes viewing movies so much fun that I find myself watching more than I ever have. My kids love playing video games on a 110" screen and can see what is going on with split screens. I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent projector

Excellent projector for home theater. This is my first projector as I was concerned about projector fan noise and the high pricetag until now. I was very impressed by the quietness of Epson 8350 powerlite home cinema projector besides it's deep colors and amazing picture. It came at an price as well. I would highly recommend it.

bulb blew up

After 12 hours of operation the bulb blew up with a lound pop. Customer support immediatly promised to send me a new bulb. Before the bulb died, I was very impressed with the system. The brightness and colors are outstanding, set-up was a breeze. If what customer service said comes to pass... a new bulb within a week, i would rate the product a 4.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First Impression

I'm still in the process of installing. I have it sitting on a card table while I await help to get my old 80 lb. CRT projector down off the ceiling. Then I can mount this gem. Beautiful picture right out of the box. Excellent lens shift adjustments provide great flexibility for projector location. And it's very quiet. You'll never notice the cooling fan when watching program material, even during quiet moments. I doubt that you can do better at this price level. In fact, I'd bet that for the average viewer, you couldn't find anything at any price, that they would like better.

The 8350 is awesome , it is my first Home Cinema Projector , so lots of research , in store evaluations for several months . The 8350 is powerful , bright image , I am using an Accuscreen with 120in. the Blu ray image is spectacular . Out of the box , 5 min later is installed and ready for adjustments , which are very simple . Do not worry too much about location , in front of you on a table or slightly on the side , it does not matter it has enough resources for a perfect image and screen size adjustments .
For this image and quality , the price is quite low compared to the competition . Strongly recommend it for these demanding viewers .

I've had the 8350 three weeks and it has been a real plus for my "poor man's" theater room. With all he adjustments (physical and electronic) and clarity even against my "low rent" flat white painted wall, it is enjoyable viewing. I give it a high Cost/Benefit ratio.

awesome projector

I bought this projector for christmas and i have to say that this projector is awesome. My main concern was how it was going to perform in a lit up room? It works just fine and when its on you can't even tell its on, its very quiet. My PS3 gaming system's fan is louder. If your looking for a good quality projector for your home and have a budget limit this is the way to go. I am satisfied with my purchase and I love watching movies with this projector. Best movie watching experience with the epson 8350. I did my homework and it paid off.

Excellent unit for 1080p HDTV. Easy to set up and use. Allows a lot of flexibility in positioning the unit. Quiet !
The unit was larger than I expected.
But my wife likes it, and that makes a happy upgrade !
