My projector has worked like a dream since day 1. It is located in a 14ft by 26ft movie room without windows. The color and picture have been great!! There is very little noise from the projector. It was very easy to mount and set up. The biggest thing is, for the price of a 50inch HD TV, i was able to get a great projector offering a much larger picture. Great BANG for the buck.

Great Bang for your Buck

I have to admit I was hesitant to purchase this projector. It is my 1st Home Theater Projector and I was leaning to other higher priced units before settling on this one. I can honestly say that I have no regrets.
If you're a true videophile you may be better served looking for a higher end unit, which comes with a higher price. But if you're looking for a quality, affordable projector look no further.

Second time around

The Epson 8350 was bought as a replacement for my Panasonic that I had used for three years. The picture quality is certainly on par or better than the panasonic right out of the box. My panny had constant issues with yellowing pictures caused by problems with the LCD lenses. I also hated the cost of bulbs. I love the price and performance of the 8350 and just hope the LCD panels hold up better under usage than the Panny model. Going from 720 to true 1080 has been amazing for anything we want to view.

I'm Amazed

This recent purchase was a replacement for another projector that we had used for 3 years. This projector is brighter, has much greater contrast, is higher resolution, is quieter, has many more features, and cost less than 1/3 of our earlier unit. I thought I knew what to expect when this unit arrived, but I am amazed at how much more than that I received.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This revue is easy! My large screen days go all the way back to advent but in all the times people have been amazed over the years---Viewers jaws dropped including mine. Of all projectors this one leaves almost nothing to do but make a few choices and bang! What a picture. I will add that my signal is OTA through a PHD8vx hdtv tuner receiver and the combo is and uncompressed picture delivered by the 8350 that is simply, well I already said that. It seems at times that you have under stated your contrast spec. Looking forward to some great movies. Watched the super bowl yesterday and the 8350 and football are winners

I am really happy with the purchase of my Epson 8350 and yes i did a lot of research when looking for my HD projector, unfortunally there is a lot of people out there who dont know how to use a projector and post really bad quality videos on youtube in my case im waiting to get my HD cam and when i do i will post a really good video so people can see how beautiful this projector really is I recommend Epson Projectors 100%

Outstanding projector

I just picked this projector up last thursday February 17th. I am still in awe over it. I researched a lot before taking the plunge, read reviews and considered the panny AE4000u. Well I saved myself close a lot of money and went with this 8350 and let me tell you it is worth every penny. The WOW factor is high on this unit. I can't keep my mouth from opening everytime I fire this puppy up. The colors out the box are dead on accurate, I really didn't need to tweak it much. Blurays look simply divine NO PIXILATION, very SMOOTH just like film, which is what I strived for in my home theater setup.
I can go on an on, but if yo are in the market for low price projector that gives high quality picture like a mid to high priced ones, then this is the unit for you. very Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier with the 8350

I was so pleased that I found this projector. It rivals other 1080/HDMI projectors that cost at least twice as much. Easy, smart setup and configuration. Awesome picture. Amazingly quiet. Big footprint, but that's okay. I am completely impressed! Thank you for making such a great product.
