This one of the best entry level high end projector, which gives the complete satisfaction on Home Theater :) With 3 LDC technology bluray disc are crystal clear...

Just got this projector I upgraded from the Pro Cinema 800 which I thought was a great projector. But wow I'm blown away at the picture quality on the 8350 sports are amazing and Blu Ray well let's just say the movie theater industry will never see another dollar from me the picture on Blu Ray is unbelievable I can't imagine anything better. Way to go Epson this is a masterpiece.

This is by far the most amazing Projector I've ever had and/or tried.
It is so quiet, you don't even know it's on.
All the settings keystone, zoom, up and down, left and right adjustments are so easy, precises and have a huge range.
I am sold! I love it!

I purchased Epson 8350 powerlite projector around 2 weeks back and have used around 20 hours.
This is very easy to install and functions are well understood and easy to operate. Picture quality is excellent. Definitely, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great buy

I've had the projector for just over a month and it's amazing, I don't want to watch sports any place but my house. Having owned a rear projection, plasma and lcd this is buy far the best option. Projector is in a room with only 1 window although even with all of the lights on in the room the picture quality is good, also fan is extremely quite, I can only hear it when the tv's off. I read many reviews that the projector is big and thats simply not true its HUGE, however its not an issue for me. Overall great buy wish I had done it sooner.

I went to the local brick and mortar to purchase after the holidays and the 8350 price dropped to close out the projector.
First one went back to store due to overheating issue while under store warranty.
Now after being totally satisfied for the next 500 hours I am having auto iris failure issues. Will be contacting Epson today.
Great warranty, Great picture for everyday HD tv and movie watching. Not for the videophile community due to slightly less than stellar black or dark scenes. But perfect for everything else in between.
You can't beat the overall picture with price. I would have given 4 ot 5 star rating if not for the technical issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Couldn't be more impressed

I did my homework and searched reviews and shopped around. Once I decided on the Powerlite 8350, there was no turning back. But more impressive was how easy it was to ceiling mount, set up, and get started. Just in time for a Super Bowl Party and the picture is amazing, as good as any flat panel TV. But BIGGER!! I love it!

Some of the negative reviews disturbed me, but I purchased anyway. So far (50 hrs) so good. It looks great. Projector shows some minor digital artifacts, usually on animation with rapid movement. Have noticed it a little on film signals also. The lens shift is rather imprecise, and vertical and horizontal interfere with each other at the extremes. Surely Epson could make this feature more stable. It would be good to have keystone adjustment as well as lens shift, since the lens shift adjustment is not large (+/- 1/2 screen vertical). It lacks an audible confirmation of power on, so I put an indicator light on the trigger out, but it takes 7 seconds to send the trigger signal on power up. Also, it would be nice to have the customizable logo screen that my Optoma had. This model is quiet, even using the high altitude fan speed for extra cooling, and has no objectionable iris noise. Menus and adjustments are easy and navigation is quick and simple. This projector is very bright with super rich colors and awsome resolution. Outdoor backgrounds in Blu Ray movies are absolutely phenomenal on my 9' wide screen. If it will just avoid the premature lamp failure others have experienced, it will be a GREAT buy.
