Why Im not happy but love the photos

I felt that there was very little instruction given with the printer outside of setting it up. Being able to use all the "bells and whistles" that it is able to perform. I had to hunt for instructional videos and still can't always find what I'm looking for. The inks are another problem. They are not "cheap" compared to other brands. All this said...The photos are excellent and the reason I did buy the printer.

I just installed this yesterday so have not used it too much yet. The installation was a breeze just following the instructions on the disc. I installed the printer on my desktop and 2 lap tops. No problems.
Don't let the size of the unit fool you. There is a lot packed into this small size. The cost is very inviting also. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a lot for little cost.

easy to install; able to accomodate Mac and PC computers; easily manage either by cable or wireless your printing; fax not done yet so not sure about this function.

Easy Peasy

So far, really pleased with ease of set up. Even the wireless connection was a breeze. Print quality has been excellent and relieved that there have been no instructions that I have to do a monthly cleaning of the ink nozzles as required by other models.
And, as noted in another AIO, no statement in the guide that the wireless connection may or may not be stable.
As well, the machine seems structurally durable and rugged, unlike another AIO I tried whose frame work was flimsy and thin.
Think this one is a keeper!

Great Quality Photos but other issues

I've had the printer about 18 months and after we had it around 9 months the paper feed stopped working (so we can't scan/copy multiple pages quickly; gotta do it one by one. About 6 months ago the paper tray started having issues and the paper hangs up all the time. I can't find any reason this is happening. It's so frustrating. I think Epson needs to improve the 'feeding' process and this would be a great printer. Wireless works great. I like my photos but real issues with letter size paper from cassette and through top feeder.

Set up Process

I've tried to install your printer to go on line with my windows 8.1 laptop for several hours. I've used the set up disc and updated the software 2 times but with no real success. I got your printout that says Congratulations, you have successfully installed you new Epson printer. When I try to print a picture from the laptop library it tells me the printer is offline and cannot print. Help-Help.
