I looked for a printer like this because, I record my own music cd's and needed something to label them. this printer prints labels on cd's that are printable. one problem I have is that it refers to a user manual that doesn't come in the box so that I can learn how to use that option on the printer.
over all so far it is new and, I have had no problems with it over all.

I would have given it a 5 star, but there has been a couple times that I wanted to print and it refused to wake up to print. It prints as good as my OKI color laser printer. Have not tried the CD label printer, but that was one of the features that swayed me to buy this particular model. Also have not used the fax part.

Bought this for my wife. She loves it. Set-Up was easy. Needed tech help with one phase of set-up. Support was readily available and solved my minor problem. Very satisfied.

I just purchased and installed the Epson XP-810. I haven't had a chance to print a lot however what I have printed has come out very nicely. I wanted to post that the setup went very smoothly. I installed it wirelessly for my laptop and via wired ethernet connection for my desktop. I was expecting to have difficulty however it went seamlessly!! (If you are using a wired connection you must supply your own ethernet cable.) Very happy customer!!

easy to follow directions for set up .nice copies like the display window enjoy the smaller inprint on my desk looks good will get some good use out of it I plan on using more as time goes by but havent used it that much yet

I own an older Epson 825 photoprinter that turns out astounding quality photos. I also own an Epson pm-290 picturemate that prints beautiful 4x6 prints. It is because of the performance and quality of these two machines that the Epson was the only brand I was going to look at. I am pleased and amazed at all the features packed into the chassis especially for the money. The only negative will probably be the cost of ink and the ink yield. Otherwise , I love it. I've used it to print out some technical files which included some color photos and it functioned as advertised.

When I first started up the printer. It didn't work so I called Epson. Linda stayed on the phone until we got it working. I've been buying Epson Printers since about 1985. The quality is great and their service/support is outstanding.
I'm very impressed with the XP-810. The capabilities provide are excellent; the speed and quality are also excellent. The XP-810 appears to have been a great choice.
