Epson XP-810

Only had 2 days. Machine was easy to install, setup with both Ethernet and WiFi. However, my wife's Apple laptop 10.7.4 has not been able to print yet using Apple downloaded drivers. I can say paper feeder works great compared to my former Artisan 810.
The FAX ? I have problem understanding how to make it send/ by that I mean it eventually does send if I just keep touching the panel. Next issue, since it is on same as home phone line which has answering machine after 4 rings??? How do you manually turn FAX answer on and off without unplugging from phone jack? The Artisan 810 had AUTO answer On and Off button right on the front of machine.
Other than Those, I am sure I will find some answers over the next few days.

For such a compact package, this is a very impressive product. I wish the sheet feeder in the back would hold more paper for multiple pages - print jobs - but not really a limitation for such a versatile unit. A great buy.

The Epson Expression Premium XP-810 Small-in-One® Printer was extremely easy to set up as a printer. I have not yet used all of the other wonderful features of this product other than printing B&W and color documents. Color is clear and sharp. I like the auto paper tray that appears when you need it to hold the printed paper and disappears when the printer is off. The LED screen is large and easy to read with plenty of info. Really take a look at all the features and paper trays this printer has to offer. Footprint is average in my opinion - not too tall either. I'm happy and I researched a ton of other printers. This one is good for Windows 7 & 8+ also.

We own a small Retail store in a Outlet Mall Ms. I have been The Mall Santa for 10 years. My First experience with Epson was with PictureMate personal photo lab that we used for our Santa pictures each year we have 2. Last year they finely went. When we went looking for a replacement we wanted a 4in1 as our old one was 12 yrs old. we found the Epson EP-810 and our Santa pictures were Great, plus we could Print 5x7.We are now yueing the XP-810 for everything.For Pictures it's great to only replace the color needed and not a cartage.Thanks

Epson XP810

This is a very compact and fully loaded printer scanner. I have not printed photos yet but expect them to meet epson quality. Had a difficult time getting the WiFi to work but after loading program the scond time it seems to be operating well. Old XP850 was not very cooperative. Hopefully Epson has gotten the software and hardware worked out on the newer versions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New printer

So far have run about 200 pages of printed material both color and B&W. Found the unit to work flawlessly. The scan feature has produced accurate copies of 8 1/2 X 11"sheets. The printing on CD/DVD disks is simple to use and produce professional looking results. The documentation (on line) is voluminous and covers everything that I had questions about, so far. I wish that it had facilities for copying photographic slides and negatives as my old Epson scanner does.

I had to return the printer. Reinstalled it twice. Had to disconnect the USB cord on it to get the monitor to work. I liked the printer, but couldn't get it to work right.
