Unbeatable quality output

Wireless device was surprisingly inexpensive for the ease and quality of service and personal satisfaction I get every time I use it. For the simplicity of installation and ease of operating instruction I was very impressed. The sharp crisp color and high quality pictures and documents it produces are unbeatable. The wireless communication expansion to other devices just adds to the unbeatable quality output that this machine and system has to offer for both the home enthusiast and the consummate professional as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bargain for the $

The ink is pricey, and they don't have an ink cartridge recycling program but the duplexes works very well. It's also fast and does scanning and copy functions well, too

this machine has worked very well over the past couple years.. i did something to it yesterday and cannot get it to print again from my chromebooks.. i'm hoping reregistering again will help.. other than this problem have absolutely no complaints..defn user error

Epson Excellance

This is my 6th Epson printer. All have been great machines. I, and my photo club members, feel Epson delivers the best in photo printing of all brands.
This 810 printer gives me excellent photo prints with only 5 inks. I love the two sided printing for articles and hand outs.
I have always used Epson printers and most likely always will.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Frustrating Machine

It is very tricky to get the thing to load paper. It is not worth buying as it is a fatal flaw if you cannot load paper efficiently. It does not take much paper so you are always running out, it always jams and you have to reload.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WiFi DOA

A form was packed with my machine informing of the need for a firmware upgrade before use. This accomplished, the machine I received printed the few pages I tried fine, but the WiFi function was dead in the water, showing none of the three strong networks in range. Very briefly during configuration, my network appeared, but disappeared before the printer completed the configuration. Then the LCD control panel would begin flashing randomly as the machine crashed and controls failed. A recommendation from a review that the iPhone app would provide better control than the built-in LCD touch panel could not be tested, since that assumes WiFi capacity not present in my machine.
Perhaps it was just an early production model.
I hope that the exchange I have requested works as advertised. I have enjoyed my previous Epson printer for nearly seven years, but wanted to move into the wireless age.
