There was some difficulty with set up as I could not understand your representative very well. Cord falls out of the AC inlet easily.
When I print, can't figure out out "!Remember to enable printer color"

For now I have figured out the basics of how to print and scan. and hope to learn more in the future.

This is my second Epson printer, the first one is connected to the computer, other is wireless. Both product outstanding results on what I have it doing for me. The older one is Cx8400 and new one is 810 model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

THIS PRINTER DOES EVERYTHING I COULD ASK FOR IN A PRINTER. IT'S FAST, EASY TO USE, AND IT PRINTS GREAT PHOTO'S, AND THE INK IS REASONABLE PRICED.

Day 2 after installing a cool little printer. Install was easy, got apps for phones, and now we can print all the photos on our phones, without removing cards or uploading. 4x6 photos look great! Even shows limitations of my camera. This thing is cool. Haven't tried cloud printing from my chromebook yet. Wish it held more paper, but we don't print that much. I would purchase again. Very cool.

looks for new firmware at end of install.
does not like to do this over the Wi-Fi for some reason.
finally had to hook up USB cable to accomplish firmware upgrade. who knows ??
this is our 2nd Epson printer, as
we also have an old workforce 600.
Like them both.
The APP for android mobile phone LOOKS COOL !
Epson is a GOOD BUY..
