This product was very easy to setup and is easy to use. Everything about it is very intuitive. I like the low profile. All the features are great!

I took the printer out of the box and it did the rest, I thought I would have to read up on the new features as compared to my older one. Not so, the printer found the internet access within a few seconds of plugging it in, I was amazed, but not sure why, b/c HP has always been a good source for my electronic needs

Low print quality

This printer only uses 300x300 dpi which makes every printout look like draft quality. I returned it and bought one higher up the line that could handle more dpi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I did a lot of research on the various manufacturer's and various printers and decided on an HP.
I do an average amount of printing, I wanted to be able to read fine print, yet also have it print quality photos. I got both with this printer! It was very easy to set up, and for me that is saying a lot!
I love the fact I don't have to have a separate fax line. I can print from any device including my smartphone!. This printer has its own email address. I love the e-print features. This printer does it all. The only small issue I have had is sometime it doesn't want to print the first page of the documents I am printing. I find if I turn it off and back on, it resolves the problem. Otherwise I would have given it an excellent rating on performance. All in all, it is worth the money and I would highly recommend it!

I had bought this printer previously but it had a paper jammed up and could never get it to clear out. Returned it. Then I saw this available online with the instant ink option and thought it might be a good plan for me. I received the printer very fast but was disappointed that the 1st installment of ink was not in the box. I know from experience that ink included with a new printer goes way too fast. Like clockwork, I ran out of ink, and the instant ink had not arrived, so I had to go back to an older printer. New ink arrived 5 days after I ran out. Now since entering the new ink, the printer makes a clunking noise while printing, almost like the cartridges are too big for the printer. Sometimes it makes even a sparking noise. I will give it a couple more days to see if it stops.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's been quite awhile since I purchased a new printer (my old HP Photosmart 7350 gave me many years of excellent service). So, I was pleasantly surprised by this great printer. Set up was a breeze. I was up and running in less than 5-minutes. I especially like the remote printing feature which allows me to print from anywhere with my cell phone at no additional cost, or by using my wireless connection when within range. I also like its power saver feature, which automagically goes into sleep mode until i want to use it. And the multiple feed feature is a time saver. This is a great, full-featured printer!
I would recommend this to a friend!
