I've had my Char-Broil 453 for 2 months and grill almost every day. It's got a great cooking surface and the side burner keeps my food warm until it's ready to be served. The porcelain grill grates are easy to clean and maintain. So is the bottom of the grill if you use tin foil. It makes cooking fun!

I have owned Char-Broil Grills for years. My last Char-Broil I had 17 years. This new grill is the best grill I have ever used. I like being able to cook on the grill and cook different stuff at different flames. I made riblets last weekend with baked potatoes, and corn on the cob. My wife said they were the most tender riblets that she has ever had and told me to not change a thing. I love the cast iron grates and being able to control the flames in different areas on the grill. I like being able to put on a pot on the side burner. I like the fact of not having any heat inside the house. The neighbor tried cooking riblets on his new grill using my recipe and they were brunt and dry...He is unable to control the flame like a Char-Broil... He spent $130.00 more and has less grilling surface and no cast iron grates....He should have asked me....

I love my new bbq! The added side burner is a great feature and this bbq has nice even heat. I also really like the thermometer on the lid.

Bought 4 burner classic grill in May grill works awesome, got it home and put it together and then noticed the grill hood was damaged and one of the knobs was peeling. I sent Charbroil an email about the problem and they got back to me in 2 days which I think is good responses time and sent me new parts no questions asked which I received in a couple day. Great customer service. Thank you!
