We bought our grill a few weeks ago and love it! When my husband opened the box to assemble the grill there was a dent in one of the front panels. I did an on-line chat and a very nice young man explained what I needed to do (file a case). I did that and a customer service rep called the next business day to get all our info. We received a new panel at no charge to us a few days later. Now that's what I call great customer service!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've owned this grill for about 2 1/2 months I used it most every night for over a month and it's great! Our family loves grilling and being outside, this unit is the perfect size for our family of 5. BTW It doesn't eat fuel like others I've used. I like the way it's easy cleaning racks are built and the heat tents. Best of all I love the way that my issues were handled from the company, the day i built it i found some shipping damage i called them twice over two different parts that needed replacement, cosmetic realy, they sent them out the same day no questions asked. love this grill!

Customer service is wonderful!!!! However....I think its the style of the grill that is faulty. Without having any briquettes you are cooking on an open flame with a piece of metal shielding the food. Not a very good system.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our newer Char-Broil gas grills have been designed and tested to be used with Flame Tamers, Vaporizer bars/tents, or heat distribution plates to provide more even heating, improve the cleaning process and reduce flare-ups. The addition of after market lava rocks, charcoal or briquets of any type will cause poor combustion and increase the liklihood of a grease fire and is not recommended. I purchased grill just like this in 5/2012. Grill never worked correctly. I have already had to throw away this grill, fire box completely burned out. Char-broil was not helpful from month purchased. I have used gas grills for 20+ yrs & this was the worse grill ever

The tedious process of locating a store with the exact BBQ, assembling the product with missing parts and without a manual in the box was finally worth the trouble! Our BBQ is great!
