I like the product, I wish it had less flare ups and better covers over the burners to prevent flare ups.

We bought this BBQ last summer while in the USA. When we were putting it together we noticed that there was a bit of damage on the hood. I emailed Char-Broil and told them of the problem. They sent a brand new hood free of charge to us in Canada. We love our BBQ. Works excellent and we received excellent service from the company.

I have had this grill for over a year now. It continues to work the same as the day I bought it. I have had other grills where the igniter button doesn't work from the start or quits a short time later. I have never had an issue with this one. I use my grill at least 3 times a week. Best grill I have owned.

I received my Char-Broil last June for my birthday. It is the best grill I have ever owned. Great for large parties or just a quick hamburger. I did have a small problem after assembling and call customer service. They sent out a new part UPS the same day.
