works great. assembling was a bit difficult but once done it's a good grill.
the cast iron grills are a real plus because it works great when grilling. the side burner works well. the one thing i didn't really like was the side time attachment. it was somewhat flimsy.

The low setting on this grill is not low enough. I have had many good Char-Broil Grills, but this one is the worst grill I have ever used. They have sent me out new valves, new regulators. Nothing works. The flame is just simply to high on the low setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with heat control. Something that may help lower the temperature would be turning off one of two of the burners and grilling with an indirect method. We really love this broiler! The heat adjustments cook steaks at the exact temperature to get them to the exact tenderness we like. The broiler preheats to the best temperatures we've ever had on an item like this.
