I've had this grill for almost a year and have really enjoyed it. I have never had a grill that the ignitor works after a year! :-) I have also purchased some accesories such as the Rotisserie option and am totally satisifed.

I have the grill over a year now. The only issue I had was the plastic wheel broke, but it was still under warranty and was able to get another one. Char-Broil customer service was great. Highly recommend the grill.

Excellent product. The nameplate was not on at delivery. I needed some speed clips but they sent me a new plate with speed clips that also did not work. I could not get them over the pins on the plate because the underside of the plate is recessed. As a result, no one knows it is a CharBroil grill

The stainless-like hood showed rust spots after 2 weeks. Unable to remove.

I have had my grill for over a year. Still fires up every time. Easy to keep clean inside and outside. With being able to use indirect heat I have made some of the best meal yet. Just one minor thing but doesn't affect the functions of the grill a bottle opener lol cause a nice cold drink is nice when grillin.
