I am very pleased with my recent purchase of this TV. The packaging was excellent and the setup process couldn't have been easier. We have only had the TV for a little over a month now, but so far it has been excellent. The picture quality if absolutely "great". Thanks LG for another great job on this product.

No complaints. Have had TV for 1 month. Was very easy to set up. Do not have smart remote, but basic remote very easy to use.

I bought TV because it fit maximum size limitation of cubicle where it was going to be placed and because of picture quality in store. It was easy to set up and relatively lightweight compared to the 40" plasma it replaced. I am very pleased with purchase so far.

Better than expected

Easy to set up and pair with LG soundbar. Picture excellent. Still learning all the functions but has already changed the way we watch TV. Had Amazon Prime service but had never used for TV until LG showed me how. My only negative is with the remote having small hard to hit ( for an older person) buttons,
