[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had to replace the high heat thermostat 4 times - once under warranty. It works for a year or two and then completely shuts down the dryer. The only way to replace is to take apart removing the drum. I am told that I have a clogged vent, however, that has never been the problem. Other than that, happy with the dryer.
