it doesn't use enough water to get the clothes clean or rinsed properly and it takes way too long. To use the extra water feature, you have to use the extra rinse option which equals even more time.
Pros: none
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would be great if I could choose my own water temp

I rated this washer only Good because I am disappointed with the settings feature, though I must add it is a great machine for the money. I can't figure out why the manufacturer would not let the consumer decide which water temperature he or she would prefer to use rather than presets on all cycles.
I also wonder why anyone would want to wash a load of clothes for an hour!
The other feature I personally find annoying is that the drum is so deep. I am short and I have to literally get onto tippy toes and lean all the way into the tub to gather up items at the bottom of the tub.

Very disappointed in washer

We've had our washer for three months now and I am very happy with the small amount of water it uses. I am also very happy with the quiet operation.
Now, for the disappointing news. My clothes are not clean! My dishcloths look as if they haven't even been washed! I decided to add 1/4 cup of bleach to the load and the cloths looked cleaner, but... the bleach seemed to come out in "spurts" as my striped towels in the load were bleached in big spots.
I've tried several different cycle selections and "Bulky" seems to be the best but... it uses more water.
I am also amazed at the amount of lint that is left on our clothes. I love the dryer as far as getting the clothes dry, not much wrinkling, etc. but, even though the lint screen seems to be collecting lint, some clothes are still covered.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine overpraised and under delivers.
I had high hopes for its' efficiency. My white towels have never been so dingy even after trying oxyclean and extra water levels. Simple spots remain on pants and tops. The high spin cycle may reduce drying but increase wrinkles and stretching.
This is not a clothes washing machine. It is a water extraction unit. Do not purchase...move on.

This washer is very nice in so many ways! There are multiple functions for washing clothes including a bedding/bulk wash which I use a lot! It is not noisy, so I can wash clothes while my baby is sleeping no problem. I use my washer everyday and having one that is dependable and sturdy is such a plus!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

I was very excited to get this washer based on reviews and it is my first HE washer. However, after about a month of use, I am very disappointed with it. I am very sensitive to leftover laundry detergent in my clothes and I have found that I need to wash each load twice with extra water--once with soap and once without--to get all the soap out. I have even reduced the amount of my HE detergent to about a tablespoon.Overall, it takes about two hours to get a load of clothes done, so I am constantly doing laundry just to keep up. The water levels are very low and if I don't use the Water Plus feature some of the clothes don't go under the water during the wash cycle. With all the cycles, I don't feel like I am seeing any energy savings. In addition, I am 5'2" and I need barbeque tongs to get the clothes out of the bottom of the tub. Even though this is a brand new washer I am thinking of replacing it with a regular one. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to people with sensitive skin.

Love this Washing Machine

Easy to use. I just put it on automatic, and it takes care of the rest. Very quiet.Only downside for me, is my short wife has a hard time reaching to the bottom (solution: a small stool).

I purchased the washer 12/27/13 and have had two major repairs already. Water pump needed to be replaced after only 3 months. Now less than 6 months the drum is off track and won't spin. They are shipping the parts and waiting 5 days. Repair people have been great and the washer is under warranty but I for see multiple repairs after warranty expires. I am very disappointed.
