This washer is excellent.

I am a technician working in various situations but always sure to be covered in grease, dust, dirt and grime while repairing compressors. from the first load of wash and everyone since it has been more than effective in getting my work uniforms clean. And the cycles allow for my wife's delicate items and whites to come out bright and clean. The drum size is great for bedding and large items as well.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Very good washer. Reliable. Check feature set however. This one does not have a soak mode (we didn't realize that when we bought it). We would have taken the model up to get that mode included.

Wash Machine does not clean clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the washer for 2 years. Unless I set it on bulky/ heavy soiled my clothes come out still dirty or has soap on clothes. I miss an agitator. How can this washer be more efficient when you have to wash everything longer?

It has the capacity to handle large items like blankets and quilts and that is why I purchased it. I love the front control design too. I don't have to stretch to reach the back controls.

Not worth the $ or time to replace motherboard. Takes too long to get parts for LG washers. I love my LG G3 phone, but NO MORE LG WASHERS FOR US.
