[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my second set of LG Washer/Dryer in hopes that this purchase would last another 10 years of usage. I'm not sure I like the new dial controls verses the fully push button controls in the previous models but time will tell.

Cleans great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before this purchase, I used a the old fashioned washing machine with an agitator. This new "Smart" washing machine uses much less water and cleans the clothes very well. I'm sure that I'll save water, detergent, and it is energy efficient also. I'm 5'4'' and can reach to the bottom of the machine to remove the clothes. If someone is very petite, they might be more comfortable with a front loader instead of a top loader. LG makes great products!

Love the glass lid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 6 years we had our first service call. Like it so much better than the front loader we had last. My husband likes to watch through the glass to make sure everything washes and rinses properly.

I got the refrigerator in June, then the range and microwave in September and the washer and dryer in the middle of September They were for my birthday from my 2 sons. I love LG and they are so nice and easy to use.

Could use an agitator

It washes good I have one question why when I dispense the self it drips on my clothes and it has a little vibration but I bought it a while back
