I bought this washer 2 years ago, I'm happy with it's washing function, but not the quality of the structure . The hinge on my top loading lid is already cracked

I bought this as a set and I have loved it. I had it for 9 years and my husband keeps having to stress this to me. I am sad to see it has been discontinued.

Design flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Had this washer for about 4 years, biggest issue is one of the hoses on the bottom I assume the main water hose gets a hole burned into it by the spinning of the drum, it seems to be a design flaw and I would like a replacement hose at least one time, I have bought 4 different shaped hoses and they all get the same burn from the drum it’s very upsetting but a great washer otherwise, please contact me as soon as possible

Great tiny washer real trooper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] got many great years of use bought in 2014 August replaced it in 2023 dec toward end of life the rods that balanced washer tub but prior till now washer served house full of four women a lot load of laundry great small washer we had tight stair well never could get a full size washer in our basement (it still runs we never had 1 service call ever just wanted new washer )

Lousy Support!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it astonishing that I have been asked to write a review about a washing machine that is less than ten years old but must be replaced solely because of the need of a part that is no longer available. I would rate this machine a zero, if that were possible . . . . talk about planned obsolesence so that you have to purchase a new machine prematurely!!
