The washer quality is great

Purchased it on the LG history for perfromance, and so far it has been great. Very quiet and does a great job cleaning clothes no matter how dirty. I would reconmend to anyone.

This washing machine is wonderful! It has so many features to choose from. Cycles to meet all of your needs. It is large enough to wash a comforter very well. The only issue I have is that I am short, so I need a small step stool to reach in the bottom to get small things like the socks. Otherwise: awesome product.

Easy to operate

Had to have my unit repaired- machine would unbalance, and fill with water again and again and again trying to fix itself. Repair process was a nightmare- it took weeks of phone calls, but now that it is repaired I love this machine! Easy to operate, and does a good job.
Pros: easy to use

Love this washer, the settings are easy to select. Quiet washing and clothes spend less time in the dryer with the spin cycle on this machine. Has all the extras I need- extra rinse and/or spin, detergent, fabric softener & bleach cups, soak setting. See through cover allows you to see what's going on and the count down clock is a nice feature. In a rush? Use the quick wash.

What a surprise! Amazing washer!

We had to buy a washer because our old washer broke. We researched Consumer Reports and this washer was rated #1. When we went to purchase our washer, we found it's features & capacity to be fantasitic. It was less money than all the other washers we considered. After finding about the water savings too, we excitedly bought it. It is everything and more! We love this washer! We love the fold away lid to keep the washer from getting that moldy smell. Operating is a breeze and the support of LG with the tips and suggestions in the emails are cool. We couldn't be happier.

This is one of the quietest washers We have ever had. The control panel is on the front of the machine, great idea. No reaching over the machine to get it started,love it. The door to vent the washer when not in use and tub cleaning setting(nice). Stainless steal drum, huge capacity. Super smart controls and pre-programed cycles. We love our new LG washer!

Excellent value--very happy with our purchase

We've only had the washer for a little over a month but have been very satisfied with it. When our old washer died, the challenge was finding a new washer that would fit in the same space (didn't want to renovate just to accommodate a new washer). This was one of the few available with the right dimensions, but we don't feel we've compromised by getting a small washer. Because the new LG doesn't have an agitator, we actually can now wash much larger loads. We were also delighted to find that because of the significantly faster spin cycle, we don't have to run the dryer for as long--a nice cost savings. And it was very simple to operate--we're almost always simply doing regular wash so operating the washer consists of merely pushing the power button and then the start button. Oh, and it is really, really quiet.

Saves detergent and water

But I leaves all the clothes tangled up and that may cause stretching of some fabrics and lots of wrinkles. I love that it uses very little detergent and water. Very quiet too.
