Steam Errors

Every time I use the steam, I get an error and it shuts down. Repairman sent out under warranty said that it is a known issue with no solution. I have to use a work-around to bypass the error which requires me to push a button 3 times to get it to keep going. I would appreciate it if LG would correct the problem and provide a permanent solution for customers vs the work-around. Otherwise, the machine is good. The error is inconvenient.

Quiet, Drys quickly and Love the Steam Feature

This dryer is beautiful and the clothes come out looking very nice. The steam feature is wonderful for that wrinkled shirt that just needs a minute in the dryer for a crisp look. It drys large loads much quicker than my last front loader. It has many different drying options but the one I have yet to find is the "wrinkle guard" where it will tumble the clothes every 2 to 3 minutes to keep them from wrinkling once the drying is complete. My last dryer had this and it would toss them every few minutes until you could get in there to unload it. However, the Steamer would fix the problem if they did happen to wrinkle. I love this dryer, very pleased with my purchase.

One of the largest capacity dryers available. Able to dry our comforters in one cycle. Very quiet. If your in the market for a new gas dryer this is the one. Have a look you won't be disappointed.
We love it.

Product replaced a 20 year old dryer. I was sceptical however it was rated at the top by several places. they were not wrong this dryer is perfect for us. It has so many options. I don't even know what half of them do. I will have to read the owners book. The product is well made and works great for our family of 7. I would recommend it everyone.
