Love Induction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving cooking with induction. It gives you such control over the temperature. It's like cooking on gas, but with more precise control. Also the convection over is awesome for cooking faster or browning completely. I recommend this Range.

We live in an area in which electricity is expensive. The cook-top heats up
quickly, and, when shut off, leaves little residual heat. This means there's no latent heat that needs to be air-conditioned away!

Additionally, if liquid boils over the area it falls on is not hot, so there's no hard-to-clean residue left! It's so easy to clean!

Love this new stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first started with a portable cooking appliance and soon learned that I wanted a stove with this cook top. After some research, I chose this stove. The cooking is fast on the stove top and the convection baking is also fast and things bake and roast with the heat evenly distributed and brown evenly. The cook top takes a bit of a learning curve because the temp and time are much less and so much faster. Much like cooking with gas, which I loved, but safer due to the lack of gas needed. My old stove was a nightmare to use. This is like a dream come true. A bit more pricey than a regular cook top surface, but worth every penny I paid. I recommend this unit for anyone looking to upgrade your cooking appliance experience.

Sleek design and perfect features

Only the pan heats and there is no residual heat while cooking which is important in a small kitchen like mine when its 90 degrees in the summer! The convection oven is nice to use, also, with the slide out shelf. Love the range and very happy with it.
