Induction is amazing! Won't ever go back to gas! Soooo in LOVE with this range! Even my husband loves it! I recommend it to anyone and everyone!

21st Century Cooking

I'm one of those guys who would do nothing but grill if given the choice, but the weather and circumstances are not always conducive to outdoor cooking. My new Frigidaire induction range is the next best thing, and will in fact cook a lot of foods that just can't be done on a grill. I am amazed at the quickness of the heat and the great control over cooking temperatures. Then, of course, there is the ease of cooktop cleanup. The convection oven works like a charm. I can start thawed fish fillets in a cold over, and they're done to perfection in 12 minutes. Last weekend, I did a turkey roast using the temperature probe, and it came out absolutely perfect. This range has been a great investment. What do I not like about it. So far, I haven't found a single thing that disappoints me. What a great way to cook.

New to induction cooking

We bought this range when we remodeled our kitchen. We absolutely love it. It is amazing to see how fast things cook when you have it on "PB" mode. The oven smoked a bit on first use but I suspect that was just a burn off issue. We purchased all new "tri-ply" cookware and it works flawlessly. We would gladly purchase this range again.

live the induction cooktop

I bought this a couple of months ago while redoing the kitchen and it is really nice. The induction cook top heats pans very quickly and the surface is easy to clean. It has held up so far very well.

No more scrubbing!

I bought this a month ago and I absolutely love it! The top doesn't get very hot so it super easy to clean. I just boiled over a pasta dish, hours later I cleaned the stove top by simply wiping it with our vinegar/water spray. My old flat top stove would took an hour of soaking, scraping, and scrubbing... And never came clean using just vinegar spray. The oven doesn't have any coils so everything cooks evenly... I put homemade pizzas on two different racks and they both cooked evenly! Bottom pizza cheese
even browned as well as the top rack pizza :)! The only bad thing was I didn't research that not all pans can be used... I had awesome dishwasher safe caphlon that didn't work. The up side, the stove top doesn't work if there's no pan on it, makes me feel safer.

Fast boiling and oven preheating!

We've been using this range for a couple of months and it's by far the best we've ever had. We've had both gas and electric and this beats them both hands down. With the power boost feature, water boils within minutes. The fast preheat for the oven is also an awesome feature. We love that the cooktop doesn't get overly hot so that spills do not burn to it. We haven't really used the convection feature but are sure that it is as great as the rest of the range. We would definitely buy this one again! It's a winner.

I was looking at consumer reports, I even ordered a subscription in order to pick out a range with good heat control. Would you believe, they don't even rate that between manufactures. This is what we like about the range most, is good heat temperature control. Also like the smudge free chrome surface.
