I am very happy

I did a bit of research and decided on induction and convection based on research and reviews. I have always wished for the control of gas cooking. This is actually better. With very little practice regulating the cooktop temps is a simple feat. Almost all my pans worked. The speed of heating and the control of temp make this a cook's dream. I haven' t done a lot of baking: it is summertime. I have high hopes for the convection oven. The reviews for this range were really positive. There are other little features that we like: the oven rack comes out when the door is opened for easy access to pans and the warm spot on the stove top is a big plus. I will say the top gets very warm when the oven is on so you don't need the warm spot. So far easy to clean and no scratches.

had another Frigidaire which needed repair...paid twice as much as repair expense for the latest and greatest induction/convection from Frigidaire with smudge proof finish.

A Dream Come True

This induction range allows us to cook everything perfectly. Cooking is a joy with even cooking and easy clean up. We can boil liquids in 2 minutes or use the range as a slow cooker. The convection oven is fantastic. We love the probe and the hidden elements. The Smudgeproof Stainless stays clean looking. This is the best range we have owned in the last 40 years.

I purchased this when the one in the house I bought went. Loved the stand alone induction cooking burners so thought this would be great. I am having issues with this cooking in large skillets
