Love the product but needed service twice

If there was only one appliance to own for cooking this one would be it. Unfortunately, I have owned it less than a year and had to have it serviced twice. Both times were due to the control panel malfunctioning. So, yes I love it, but not sure if I can trust it long term; which is sad because it was not cheap.
Pros: love the dual cooking options
Cons: control panel keeps malfunctioning

WORTHLESS EVEN THOUGH IT IS PACKED WITH FEATURES. MINE WENT INTO DEMO MODE AND WOULD NOT COME OUT. I FINALLY GOT SO FRUSTRATED (OXYGEN WASTE) THAT I PURCHASED ANOTHER MICROWAVE AND A 5 YEAR SERVICE PLAN.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great microwave, easy to use and has many features if you want that option. Works great, love the LED lighting that is bright and low power.
