Got it for Christmas along with our first HDTV.
I love the concept and the system, and have used it for about 6 movies so far.
However, it cut out on me last night, while watching near the end of a movie "The American President" and had to keep loading about 3 times before the end.

LOVE Roku! Easy to set-up, navigate...Unbelievably fast response from support if there is ever a problem...I've owned Roku for 3 years and would NEVER go back to cable or use another device.

This is a great product that has finally brought me to the point of getting rid of my cable. It has so much content (a huge amount of it free), that my friend is second guessing his decision of having purchased Apple TV. The load up times are reasonably fast, and the HD quality is great. The only suggestion I would make is for the smartphone remote control app, which I wish had the ability to use head phones through the smart phone instead of just the Roku remote.

Great multifunctional multimedia device

I have been a Roku user since the original Roku. It's simply the easiest device to use and configure. My only complaint is that they force us to register with a credit card online. This is resolved by simply calling their support line, but I shouldn't have to do anything special to simply activate and use a piece of hardware!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recieved my Roku a few days ago and just started using it and I was amazed by the size and space it took up. The content was good and i'm very happy to make my TV a smart TV now with the access to the internet as well as streaming movies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this in order to stream netflix. Was pleasantly surprised to find all of the other streaming options available. Setup was fairly easy - took less than 10 minutes to get everything setup on my home network. All in all, very pleased.
