I have had this for 2 years now and love it, however it is very hard to clean the filter and gets louder the dirtier it gets. To say that a you never have to get a new filter is delusianal on this purifier. Not only does the purifier not come very heavy duty, it holds dust in it and cannot get totally sucked out by a vacuum so how does this make it so you never have to get a new filter? good purifier other than you have to buy new filters.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this item as a gift for my boyfriend because we have 2 dogs and he is highly allergic to dogs. The ionizer feature has significantly helped his breathing. It is silent, non-disruptive to run on the end table next to us as we watch TV.
