No customer service follow through!

I called the toll free number no less than 4 times the first week of July, when I purchased my Roku. My Case # is 5135201. My issue was that I am unable to update my payment method. I receive an error message and am "locked out" and unable to edit my account information. I want to add HBO Go and cannot without a credit card number. I was told I would receive an email in 4 to 5 working days informing me that the problem was fixed. This is now about a month later and I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE!!! For the record, I did try to update my account information again this week, to see if the matter was magically resolved. IT IS NOT. I need prompt attention to resolve this matter!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had a Roku 1 for about 2-3 years, went to buy another about a month ago. I absolutely love it. There are numerous channels to choose from, including free ones.

I bought our first Roku player a year ago and have been a happy customer ever since. In fact we now have three Roku players in our home. Super easy to use the Roku is our go to for entertainment. I recommend the Roku to anyone in the market for a streaming device. Great product!!

I bought the ROKU that plugs directly into the TV HDMI. It quit working after a few months.
I replace it with the ROKU which connects via HDMI cable, based on the Walmart Salesperson's recommendation. The programming is really great.
The performance of the electronics could use some improvements:
The remote seems to be very directional and very limited in range
The unit sometimes responds much too slowly the remote's commands
I had trouble and called support and the solution was unplug and restart
FOX NEWS and FOX BUSINESS audio is stuttering and unintelligible

I do very much like the ROKU,. But I think the product would be greatly improved.

Couldn't Love It More

We will never go back to paid television. Roku has everything we need and more. It is so simple to use and more personalized to our family viewing.
