The player is working well. We only wish your free movies had not been HD since our TV here won't do HD. :( Everything else is fine.

Roku 1 vs roku 2

I have a roku1 and roku2. Let me start by saying you can't go wrong either way, but I prefer my roku 2. Roku 1 you have to aim directly at the unit, roku 2 you don't. Roku 1 does not have head phone in remote option roku does. The only thing I don't like about roku is it doesn't automatically go to the next episode in many of my subscription channels, where my Sony (which this is the only thing I like about it) does.

I purchase this item as a Christmas present for my husband and he loves it, the only
issue we have is on some channels it ask for a pin or password and we cannot seem to get pass that obstacle even after following all procedures, so he is limited.

We bought this about a month ago and we love it! We will never go back to cable! It's absolutely the best addition to all your tv/social media needs! Our kids love it too!
