Why did they call it a SE?

Bought a Black Friday Roku SE, when I hooked it up I found that it is just a Roku 1. It was a decent buy but very slow. If I knew it was a Roku 1 I would have spent a little more money and bought the Roku 2.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works better than chrome cast in my opinion. I stream from my phone using a hotspot because they do not offer Internet service where I currently live and this device streams really well from my phone. Even better and faster with less/no buffering than my bluray streaming device

bad connection between remote and wi-fi software

when trying to navicate between channels ,it's seem that the signle is hard to react,to what you want to do.

I am 73 years old and I love the option of choosing what I like and the capability of saving those I chose. Love the size, does not take up much room. My only dislike is the remote. I wish it would turn the box off, and the buttons had captions on TV if not on remote. Also I keep losing it. Could be a bit larger.

My ROKU was a gift. I had given up on tv as cable is so expensive. Now I can watch what I want, when I want. Many, many programs are free.
