Still learning about my Roku 1, but am pretty happy. I do wish I could get email and live news feed. Would be better if it came with some kind of keyboard or a touchscreen.

I bought my boyfriend a Roku last Christmas and we loved it so much that we now have 3. Great features and so easy to use!

Now I can watch Netflix

We could NOT watch Netflix - no matter what we tried. I don't know how many hours I was on the phone with Comcast and DISH Network trying to get it to work. As soon as we hooked up the ROKU it has worked perfectly. Absolutely no problems. I don't know what the technology is that makes the wifi signal strong enough to stream Netflix but it was worth it just for that purpose for us.

Worth the money

Works great all kinds of channels. 3 negatives... Crashed twice in the first month.... No off button.... No sound control, meaning, have to keep my hand on the volume button to watch a lot of movies. Goes from too loud to can't hear what is being said.
