Better Than Expected

I had a Roku XS and needed a second Roku for the spare room. Also wanted the Roku 1 connection options in case I give this to my parents for their OLDER TV....it's a thing....Anyway, it is working great for me, love the remote, connects well, simple. My parents will have to wait awhile. I will probably buy them one and keep mine also. I would recommend this to anyone. I had another brand and didn't like it, sold it. Like Roku best.

Time to get rid of cable!

I was using my old WII before and the hand control was a pain. Setup the ROKU (very easy to set up) and the remote is great. Love having the free stations and will eventually get rid of Comcast!

I was under the impression I would get a lot more TV for free after purchasing the ROKU, however, there is so much they want you to pay for. And I was disappointed with the free TV series, where they only have a few episodes from each season. Why not all the episodes? I do like that I can watch Netflix on my TV though.

I'm a first time Roku user and I thought it was easy to set up and it's user friendly. It's a great alternative to cable and everything's so simple to use.

no access to netflix profiles.

just bought this. i thought it would be great, wireless, reasonable price, but i cant access my netflix profiles. i have one for adults and one for our kids. also unlike some blueray players that have the same internet access the roku remote does not control the tv, so i need to use two remotes (no volume on roku)

Roku, advertises over 1000 channels. What they don't tell you is that they are mostly shows that are old and no one wants to watch.
