Great value, great convenience

I bought this recently to be able to utilize an older television set, needing RCA jack input. Being familiar with Roku with other units and loving the convenience, the Roku 1 made it possible to virtually access my favorite programming from any television. Wonderful products.

Easy to use

I bought this a couple of months ago & have really enjoyed streaming movies. It was a little dicult to set up my accounts with Netflix and Amazon Prime with it because I had to get used to the on-screen keyboard & how to work the Roku remote for the keyboard. Once it was set up, it is great & easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not only have the programs been available without problems when I was confused about one of the channels available customer service was very helpful and corrected an error I had made

Doesn't want to get started.

I purchased it because the old one had to be disconnected every time in order to have it start downloading. The new one does the same thing. Not happy here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
