This was one of the easiest product that I've bought in a while that you only use three steps for set-up and your good to go.

it take time to reload but the worse is it loses internet all the time ,it is 1 and a 1/2 foot from the inter net box ..I tried different places,i wish it had a cable connection.

Simple, small and light. The only change I would make is to make the remote control quick buttons programmable. They current only stick to netflix, blockbuster and two others. Would be nice to customize the buttons.

Worst thing ever. Keeps freezing and can't return it. Not even month old. Was a gift. Won't recommend or buy again.
