We have Air Beam Internet from Arizona City, Az. Roku buffers so bad we can not watch anything. Ready to return. Can not answer the rest

Constantly has to load what I am watching and loads very slowly.I have an older roku and it works fine,my new one is JUNK!

I gave myself a Roku for Christmas and have yet to use it. I finally got hooked up with Amazon but have given up on Netflix. I tried Hulu and it told me the password was wrong but gave me no way to correct it or retrieve it. I don't like it at all.

A big mistake

I already owned a roku 3 and purchased another for a spare bedroom. I went cheap thinking I didn't need a fancy remote with a headphone jack. I was sorely mistaken. The playback is horrible and choppy unless I change streaming speed to something around 2mbs. It works, but barely.

I received this as a Christmas gift and it was working fine until about 2 months ago I cannot no longer receive the TWC application for my cable to work it keeps telling me that it's unavailable and I'm very unhappy about this it's almost as though I have to buy a different Roku which I shouldn't have to because you should be able to interface with each other so I'm very disappointed
