I've had the Roku HD for around 2 years now with no problems until the last update. Now if I'm on Netflix and I pause a movie or show for longer than 30 minutes the thing exits out to the home screen. This is extremely aggravating to the point where I don't even want to use the Roku player anymore. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

So happy with it, now my daughter is getting started on Roku. Have Netflix but find I turn to Roku about 8 out of 10 times. Maybe dropping Netflix.

Great product, the Roku 2 is better

Bought the Roku 1 for a TV that did not have a working HDMI port as it has the component connections. If you don't need that would recommend the Roku 2 as I also got one of those for another TV and it does work a little better/faster.

Very happy with Roku. No HDMI on tv so bought the One. Very easy setup. I can even listen to Sirius XM with it!

Useful to stream on old-school CRT TV

I purchased 2 of these Roku 1 units to enable older televisions to stream video from the internet. These work reasonably well and were easy to set up. The only reason the review is not 5 stars is that the devices are slow and there is no way to use different profiles on Netflix.
