We recently canceled cable it was ridiculous how much we where paying for never watching tv! I bought to of the Roku 1 and purchased Netflix!! It's amazing! Never had any issues with either 2 ! We can use both at the same time! And it doesn't slow the wifi down or anything! Was thinking about getting the Roku 3. But the 1 works great! And definitely an awesome price as well!

The problem with the device is that mots all content available is subscription based, so the money spent is to allow a non-smart TV to connect to the internet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this Roku 1, for over a year, It has worked very well. Although I had a Problem with HBO Now freezing up! Everything else works great!

I am glad my daughter bought this for me. Wasn't happy at the time. One more gadget. Now cant imagine living without it. Give it a try

This is the best n easy to work . I love it . I can get on hula n so much more. So easy it better than others I've had it the past. I told lots of my family n friends of it.

I bought my Roku when it was on sale on Black Friday 2015. I needed a cheaper alternative to cable. I love it! I get to watch all the shows I LOVE.
