no youtube unless you buy an hdtv and have a roku3

me being cheap with old technology tv was disappointed you cant watch you tube with out having a roku 3 which makes you have an hdtv

We have had ours for a year or so. Lots of channels but most of it is not worth watching but it is better than nothing. There is no local channels and to get the networks your local cable company has the say so and most of them say you can not have it. The movie channels are great but you still have to pay for them either by the movie or the month.
The hookup and install is very easy. We have two, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. For about the last three months or so you can watch for about an hour and then it freezes up and won't come back on until it is unplugged for a while.
Oh and there is not a power button so it just stays on and that is one bright light on it to be in the bedroom. This would be a good addition to cable but is stinks to have as your only tv.

I was completely disappointed in this player. VERY VERY VERY disappointed. (There! Now I have enough characters in this review.)

not happy with it sold the roku and bought an Apple TV so much better in picture and sound quality.
