I bought this one and two other ones to stream Netflix and hulu and the wwe network in my room the kitchen and my son's room. They are awesome.

Easy Use for a Beginner.

I held off purchasing Roku because it looked so complicated to use and might not be reliable. I took the plunge and was remarkably surprised at how easy it was to set up and use. Thank-you Roku!

Great movie and tv channel selection

This Roku is very easy to use. I can add channels on app or Roku device. Only flaw is it gets very warm on bottom, so I set it on a small vase that allows air to circulate around unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Remote has buttons to things no longer on roku. Constantly have to unplug the roku because it freezes.

I bought this roku a couple months ago and I love it. I just wish I switch users and wish the episodes would keep playing lol but other than that I love it

Really glad I purchased the Roku. My granddaughter loves the movie choices. I do however wish I had access to more channels, especially those without a monthly fee. It's also a bit of a letdown that on some of the free channels most shows are almost as old as me

After some issues. The picture would periodically shake when watching HD. SD worked fine. Audio was perfect for both. It was a Christmas present that was activated in mid-January (18th) after returning home from family visit. I called around April 3 And was told that the 3 month voice care had passed that I had to use online care. Not sure how that worked. It was more then 3 months from purchase but not activation I should have pressed the issue. Anyway after going back and forth trying many things. I had to do a complete wipe and setup the device as new. This fixed the issue and I am very happy with it.
