I looked into all the streaming devices out there and found this to be the best. It also had the best customer experience. So I had to find out. This little box along with SlingTv and Amazon Prime Video was the solution to my entertainment needs.
Roku was easy to setup and use. I also have to say that Roku support keeps its customers informed about updates and new programming.There is a model for every user out there. From those like me who want things tech but simple to those that like things a bit more complicated.
Roku has done it right the first time. Thank-you Roku for a great product. Roku a great experience in making TV entertainment affordable again.

We find our Roku easy to use. The remote is responsive and the ability to use a phone as a remote is a bonus.

Simple to use and setup

I purchased the Roku primarily to watch ESPN 3 on my TV. The Roku 1 was easy to setup only 2 operations were required. It has been easy to access ESPN3 every time I wanted too. The picture and sound is great> What more could I want?

I see why people think this Roku is better then the Roku 2. I am a huge Apple supporter but I gave up my Apple TV for the Roku and only wish I would have that done a long time ago.
