Easy Setup & Lots of Channels Available

I purchased this to replace a old Roku. The old one still works so I put it on a old tv in bedroom. This updated version offers a LOT more channel selections - so many I can't watch them all. All channels are free to download, but some channels will charge you monthly for watching. Ex: HBO2GO - you have to have purchased HBO on your cable already or HBO2GO will charge you monthly. I just stay away from options that say there could be a cost. But the Roku works quickly, easy to use, and we are very happy with the lineup.

We've had our basic Roku for about a month or so and we're still trying out channels. One thing we have noticed is many channels, especially the free movie channels, offers the same venue as all the others we've looked at so far. Other than that, we're very satisfied with our purchase and may consider an upgrade in the future.

I bought this over a month ago.. basically just use it for Netflix and Youtube.. It gets the job done but doesn't have any of the convenience features of the upgraded Netflix. I'd like to have the automatic play feature of the next episode and the updated look; but it's not necessary. Otherwise, the Roku player works wonderfully!

Great Price & Easy Setup!

I purchased the Roku due to being on a budget and wanting a device to be able to watch TV (since I don't have cable). I absolutely love how many different App tiles you're able to download. As well as, the buttons that are already on the remote that direct send you to the app tile(s) such as Hulu & Netflix. My only complaint about the Roku is through the Netflix app you're not able to select your different profiles. Since I share a Netflix account, it is pretty aggravating but still manageable. I would recommend this product because of the low price and easy "install" - you just plug it in and you're ready to enjoy!
