Lots of options

Love my Roku streaming player. We were looking for a way to save money on TV and still get the shows we love. Lots of options for channels and add on's. Love love love

nice but somewhat redundant

We bought this thinking it might replace the need for a cable or satellite provider. I like that there are lots of free channels, however many of the channels for which we bought it (like all the Disney channels for our kids) still required us to have service from a cable or satellite provider or some other fee-based service in order to activate and be able to watch them. I also don't like that there's no way to turn it off without physically unplugging it, so it just sits there and consumes power all day. It is nice to have for a second or third tv if you want to occupy your kids in the other room while you watch something in peace; it's also nice for such things as being able to watch YouTube or Right Now Media on a big tv screen versus a laptop or mobile device, but the emergence of smart tv's will quickly make this obsolete.

Bought this use mainly for Netflix . I love how easy it is to use .runs very fast,no lagging.i am planing on buying another one.Its great.

Slower than roku ready streaming stick

Good product, works the same as Roku streaming stick,connection is for AV jacks. Hooked up to TV with only cable input using an RF switch. I would like to see a power off switch so the RF switch does not default to the roku unit. I like the products and would purchase another.
