I was sick of paying 70 bucks for cable service and only watching about 6 channels, their lineup was not great for the money I was paying. Now, I only pay like 10 bucks for netflix and love it. I can also get a few local news stations for free, plus other free channels they have. I can even watch my favorite shows for free. I love that I cut the cord and should have done it years ago. You will not be disappointed! I have the Roku 1 for my big box TV and bought the Roku 2 for my smart TV. I enjoy them both.
