Love our ROKU! I am ex military and live on a very strict budget. ROKU provides a very WIDE selection of streaming channels of all genres for my family. Something for everyone. Appreciate the special trial offers on premium channels. Usually do not continue subscription but enjoy the opportunity to view different channels. Thank you for a top quality product.

I had a roku stick, I should have stayed with it. the roku 1 is alright, has a little more memory and has the jacks to connect to a speaker.

Continually gives the message "Cannot connect" and I presently have not been able to connect for the last week. This happens often and I follow on-line instructions to reconnect without success. Even having to use the reset button. The unit runs very hot even when it's off. The remote buttons are difficult to press.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it primarily because I could get all the programs of my favorite foreign mystery channel (MHZ), past and present. Roku was only one of two devices that provided HMZ TV coverage, and it was more cost effective than the other. I didn't realize how much more I would get with Roku, much of it at no extra cost.

Love the Roku it is cheaper than the cable but it needs to be where u can use it in more than 1 room, when u have bought the box for the TV's in each room for instants sling doesn't work but one 1 tv at a time.

I bought my roku 1 about a three months ago I like it but I don't know if it my internet but sometime I have to reconnect to my wifi.
