ROKU II and ROKU III

I decided to cut the cord and cancel my cable. I bought a Roku III and was pretty impressed. I subscribe to Hulu and Netflix so I have a pretty good selection of "free" shows and movies. The Roku III has a voice command but we do often find we're screaming at it and it's not understanding what we're asking for. I like the headphone feature too. Because I didn't feel I needed the voice command feature, I then bought a Roku II for another tv. I will say the Roku II does not have the same speed. It's ok, but in hindsight, I would have spent the few extra bucks for the III. It was very easy to connect...you just have to buy one cord to connect it to your TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Netflix won't load and

Netflix won't load even tho I have a subscription. Have to pay for many other apps. I'm sure others really like their Roku; so, I will still click on "recommend".

I thought you could actually see the TV channels but it is only podcasts of previously aired shows. I honestly only use it for Netflix.

Received as a gift, and I have enjoyed it. I have been able to watch shows that are not available otherwise. I was not familiar with the product but find that I am pleased with it.

Hate response time with remote. Many apps to make a phone a remote don't work.
Without an INTERNET connection it is useless! I thought a plan with data or some other wifi would come with it
(I use my cell phones hot spot, or free wifi frim freedompop with a netgear hotspot modom.)
