What a great device. I wanted a streaming player that wasn't an Apple TV, and this definitely delivered. I love watching all my shows, and especially movies on demand!

Streams Well

I have two Roku devices. The first one I use to stream Amazon prime and Netflix. I took an old Sony gaming device and installed in our master bedroom for Netflix & Amazon streaming and it as loading, loading, loading constantly. Bought a second Roku and it works SO MUCH BETTER than the gaming unit. I have tried a handful of the channels but in my opinion it is not a substitute for cable.

The Roku works great in all aspects. Easy set up, has worked in different locations, high quality picture. It is very dependable and easy to navigate. And inexpensive.... A+.

I purchased the Roku 1 for an upstairs older model tv. It works great, very pleased. A little slower then the 3, but that is to be expected. Overall extremely happy with all my Rokus, which now are 5.

No cable bill

I bought this three months ago and I love it. I have so many choices of what to watch. Once bought, unless I signed up for the channels that cost, ITS FREE!!! Even if I do sign up for those, like NETFLIX, it's a fraction of the cable cost. Just like any TV you have to check the content of what you're watching but there are oodles of choices.

I bought this a couple of months ago and wish I had gotten it sooner instead of using an HDMI adapter and using my computer. Easy to install!
