this unit works very well except with hulu plus. i don't know if the problem is with the player or with hulu the streaming will freeze and it will take either unplugging the player or switching back to regular tv. while it is frozen you cannot switch to another streaming channel. it is very frustrating. David Woodring

Roku product works well

Simple to install and use. However it heats up too much and I worry to leave if on top of a sofa. Also too cumbersome when looking for a title and selec on letter at a time

This is my second Roku. This Roku 1 is upgraded from the first Roku I purchased in that is it able to get HD TV and Movies. I don't know what I'd do without it. It is
extremely easy to set up. I am able to play movies and TV shows from Netflix,
Amazon, and now Acorn. Between the three of these channels I can see all of my favorite movies and TV shows and obviates the need for cable TV. I can also easily detach it from one TV and attach it to another.

Great device

The Roku 1 worked like a charm after trying to install and stream with a Google Chrome unsuccessfully./ I did have to do a factory reset after acquiring a new wifi router, however. Generally, it's a great device and always works when my wifi's up and running.

I've had my roku box for about 10 months n i enjoy everything about it...hopefully looking to get an upgraded roku box in the future but this one is very useful for the things I use it for

This product is great. It is easy to hook up and once you pick the channels you want such as Netflix, the movies pour in. The variety of TV Shows, Movies, News, Exercise Networks, U-Tube, etc. ARE great. Try It 4 Yourself!
