Thew roku is terrific. I got the least expensive one and it is just fine. I am not savvy re: technology but I was able to set it up with no trouble. It opens up a whole world of videos of all kinds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loved my first one until after a few months, I returned from a three week vacation and it no longer worked. The trouble shooter from support tried everything to fix until it was decided the unit was faulty. I had to pay to send it cross country to get a replacement, (annoyed) but the turnaround was extremely fast and I had my new one in a week. Very many instructions to send it back and they could not get the instructions to sent to my email. I had to use an alternate email, and quality of their format was not good, it printed out in a font that was so tiny, it could not be read, and when enlarged became distorted. With replacement comes having to do a whole new set-up again(annoying). Have had 1 hiccup with the new unit but it was minor, had to re-boot it.

I have had my Roku for about six months now and I absolutely love it. No commercials , no interruptions. I can watch whatever I want when I want. Roku even recommends shows for me to watch based on my viewing habits and I really like that. And I am saving a lot of money by not having cable or satellite and I am always able to get to watch the things I want to watch.

Its a decent device . I wish though when I bought it ,I knew more about it's limitations.I would probably have purchased the little more expensive roku's. The memory in this guy is lacking , doesn't support some of the apps like the higher priced rokus do. It a decent entry level device.

I bought this for an old school 27" TUBE television. Brought me into the 21st century. Terrific product. My daughter has an Apple TV. It doesn't do anything special for twice the price. Only drawback us no YouTube why Roku, why?
